I love personality assessments; I’ve done pretty much all of them by now. But not all assessments are helpful when you’re on the journey to more fulfilling work. Moreover, no personality test can tell you what the “right career” is for you.

With those factors in mind, I wanted to offer an assessment that would provide the highest value to my clients so that they can achieve their coaching goals faster.
