I’m a leadership and career coach who helps mission-driven professionals grow, succeed and make a positive impact. I help my clients discover and leverage their unique strengths, passions and purpose, and craft compelling professional narratives that position them as thought leaders and change makers.

I bring a deep understanding of purpose-driven careers, the importance of service, and the challenges of working moms to my coaching practice. I believe that:

I am a Birkman Certified Professional (BCP) and a career coach for Bonsai Leadership Group. I am also a nonprofit coach for Raise for Good.

I have always been drawn to social impact and environmental causes. Prior to becoming a coach, I worked in marketing, communications and strategy for several leading organizations, including UCLA, The Nature Conservancy, UNICEF USA, Best Friends Animal Society, and Feeding America.

I grew up in Florida and North Carolina and currently reside in New York City.
